Ronny and Kay Heyboer
Ronny and Kay Heyboer are dedicated missionaries who embarked on their journey of faith in January 1995. After graduating from Rhema Bible College in Townsville, Australia, they left their homeland to serve in Kuching, East Malaysia. There, Ronny contributed to a local church planting initiative. In 1997, they relocated to West Kalimantan, Indonesia, where they continue their ministry to this day.
While their four children and five grandchildren reside in Australia, Ronny and Kay remain committed to their work in Borneo. As founders and directors of Rivers of Life Ministries Borneo, they have established Living Waters Village, medical ministries, and church planting initiatives to serve the local community.

Ronny and Kay Heyboer felt a divine calling in 1995 to bring the Gospel to the Dayak people of Borneo. They served in Kuching, Malaysia and did church planting and outreach.
After years of ministry in Sanggau, they established a haven for children in crisis in Sintang in 2002. These children, often malnourished and suffering from disease, came from broken or orphaned backgrounds.
Following divine guidance, they acquired over 280 hectares of land and embarked on an ambitious building project. This sprawling complex will ultimately include housing, schools, training facilities, a worship center, medical care, and a Bible college.
Today, over 900 children and young people call Living Waters Village home. Beyond providing basic needs and education, the focus is on spiritual growth and leadership development. These young people are equipped to be agents of change in their communities, spreading the Gospel and establishing new churches.
